We went to Busan for your lantern fest at Samgwansa temple and looked for a resort in Seomyeon: a lot of buses go from Seomyeon directly to the temple or you can even walk there (3km), it will require only 25 minutes to check out Haeundae or Gamcheon village, significantly less to Busan station.
